This is a Great 3D Printer, if you know what your doing. Auto Level does work if you have the right tension on each side of the bed adjusting the roller, roller tension does affect bed leveling. Best thing to do is do a level test print so you can see filament get put down on all sides/corners. It took me about 3 days of my time to get it perfect. If your impatient and you expect it to work right out of the box, then you shouldn’t own a 3D Printer. Everyone complains about the Factory out of the box Filament that came with the Printer, well hate to break it too you, but its Really a Good Filament and It flawlessly works Great! The touch screen sometimes take several touches to get it to do what you want to selection files, other then that it works Great!

Take a CR-10 smart pro, upgrade the ever living heck out of it- and make it stock. That is what Creality did. And it’s beautiful. Within a hour- it was out of the box, and printing beautifully.

I’ve been using this printer for 2 weeks now, so please note that this is an early review, and my opinion might change if any issues arise, like a hardware problem or a firmware bug. Setting it up was relatively straightforward, but only after I went online to learn how to properly level the bed. The provided printed instructions were inadequate and confusing. Despite that, I would recommend it for beginners.

I upgraded from a Sainsamart Coreception 300 to this Creality CR-10 Smart Pro and Im all around happy with my purchase now that I’ve had some time to get over my initial disappointments. Out of the box I found it came with a broken Light Bar Bracket, and as the box was not damaged it must have been broken in the factory prior to or during packaging and overlooked. Considering the price I paid, I was not happy, Creality should have made those brackets out of aluminum or skipped the light bar all together. But it was nothing a little Super Glue couldn’t fix. Assembly was very easy. I double checked all the pullies, and they required no adjustments. I manually leveled the bed prior to ever running the auto bed leveling and thusly was able to get correct Z offset the first time around. After several attempts on two different iPhones I was unable to get the printer to connect via my wifi to the Creality Cloud app. I hard wired it to my router and logged on to Creality Cloud on my computer and had no luck that way either. I use Cura Slicer and SD cards so that’s not a big issue for me either. In Cura I used the CR-10s Pro profile (no profile for the CR-10 Smart Pro as of the time of this review) and the following Star/End Gcodes: CR-10 SMART PRO *START* M201 X500.00 Y500.00 Z100.00 E5000.00 ;Setup machine max acceleration M203 X500.00 Y500.00 Z10.00 E50.00 ;Setup machine max feedrate M204 P500.00 R1000.00 T500.00 ;Setup Print/Retract/Travel acceleration M205 X8.00 Y8.00 Z0.40 E5.00
Industrial Review –
Been using this for 2 weeks now so keep in mind this is only an early review and may change if something breaks or there’s a bad firmware issue. It’s easy to setup but only after going online to find out how to actually level the bed correctly. The printed instructions are terrible and don’t have nearly enough information in it. That said, I recommend it for beginners. A friend who has the Ender 3 says this CR-10 S Pro is like a Ferrari compared to his. Not sure how accurate that statement is because this is the first time I ever used a 3d printer. I didn’t do any firmware updates and I use PrusaSlicer 2.4.2 which has this printer setting in it, so that was a nice surprise also.

This machine is assume. I have been printing for years but could never find a printer I didn’t have to upgrade from factory to get best results. While I fought a little to get Z offset perfect, once set it is just push print and it does. TPU at 50mm/s! The sprite extruder is best I have ever used. Thinking of putting one on my Ender 3 (second release).

I really like the textured PEI flex steel print surface. The texture helps parts stick well. To remove the parts, you can pull off the magnetic print surface and bend it to get the parts to detach. For most printers, this is a feature you add later.

Creality took a CR-10, upgraded it extensively, and managed to restore it to its original stock condition. The result is stunning! Within an hour of unboxing, the printer was up and running, producing beautiful prints effortlessly.
