Excellent product. All the firmware for my reality 4.2.7 board and the Cr touch from Reality easily found and installed with this updated hotend. At first had problems why my hotend was grounding into the bed but after using a friend’s 3d printer to print a hack to lower my Cr touch due to the oversize of the hotend, well things moved pretty quickly after that. Suggest finding or buying extra tips to have you love this so much. You will need them. Don’t worry if the initial startup drags your hotend into the bed the screws are set to help you . They easily bend and softly break to avoid damaging your bed. What I couldn’t believe was the ease of firmware.You go to these other manufactures and they don’t have anything updated. Usually 2yrs behind and they rely on Creality to produce and assist in any upgrades of firmware. Don’t buy that off brand junk from Micro Swiss or 3d systems. My first printer the Taz 5 what inconvenience compared to the Ender 5 pro and the upgrades Creality continues to manufacture. So Kudos to Creality and their approach to reliable service and hardware add ONS.
