I truly believe this printer has the potential to be the best one you’ve ever used, but achieving that requires some love and time investment. Leveling it wasn’t an easy task for me, but I managed to succeed by watching several YouTube videos. It performs exceptionally well with filament that cools and hardens quickly, like eSun PLA+ and Prusament. However, when using Polymaker, which stays soft for too long, it tends to have issues with bed adhesion.
Cognaiscance –
I like how it prints long things, swords are what I like to do. I saw another rating saying how they could not get the first layer to stick to the bed. I had this challenge as well and it took me two days of testing and praying to get the bed level in the right place so all my prints turn out well. Also in the printers defense some materials will not print well on this machine. My prusament and esun pla + all print fantastically, but my polymaker filament has a very hard time sticking. I feel that this printer has potential to be the best printer you have ever used, but don’t expect that without a little love and time spent. You have to learn how to level it and it was not easy for me. I watched a bunch of youtube videos and was able to do it. It works well with filament that cools and hardens quickly. Esun pla + and prusament work great, polymaker stays soft too long and peels off the bed. This printer is a huge time saver with cosplay weapons, printing something in two long halves is like a dream come true. The other thing I would mention is the surface finish on parts is very clean. Better than my old prusa mk2 and better than my cr6. Not to say that it is perfect, but it requires very little cleanup and there is very little vibration noise in the surface.

This printer is excellent for mass producing small parts. There is a huge learning curve so this should not be your first printer.

After getting comfortable with this printer and the way it works there are also a variety of upgrades and modifications that can be done to further expand the capabilities of this printer. Overall, I would recommend this printer to anyone interested in 3d printing
