After using it for about a week, I have some personal insights to share. 1/The firmware and slicing software were promptly updated upon receipt of the goods. 2/There are plenty of models that can be downloaded from Creality Cloud. 3/To achieve the highest printing speed, you will need to use their high-speed consumables. For regular PLA, the speed needs to be reduced accordingly. 4/The cooling of the machine is very important, and the top cover is not recommended to be closed. 5/The side cooling fan is preferably turned off or adjusted to a low speed according to the actual effect of the printed model. 6/I recommend using a tissue to wipe the guide rod with lubricating oil to form a thin layer of oil, and then wiping away the black metal debris.

I did receive the K1, but when I unboxed it the case was not square. That resulted in the K1 not sitting flat on the table, the door would not close, and the belts were not correctly tensioned. This sort of thing happens (I’m assuming it was stressed during shipping, although the box did not show significant damage). I reported the issue, got an automated email from the store, but I’m still waiting for directions on my next steps. The K1 is boxed up and ready to return for a replacement, I just need shipping details. I’m assuming I will be given a shipping label and a new printer will be sent out, it’s taking a little longer than I had hoped (it’s been five days).

This is a perfect and genuine Capricorn PTFE replacement. Upgraded my regular PTFE tonight with this Capricorn tribe and it works great.

No contact with the merchant possible. I pre-ordered the Creality K1 but later decided to cancel the order so I could order the K1 max with the bigger print volume. I have been trying to get in touch with this company but after several messages and email, I have gotten no response from them. If this is what they call customer service, I will be going with the competitor ( Bambu) and not Creality. An Ender 3 is one thing, this is something completely different.
